My name is Alicia and I am the person behind
Time Worn Style.
I have been creating, painting and sewing ever since I can remember. Although my parents are very creative people, I didnt need anyone to teach me as a child, I just kept making, drawing and learning as I went, many hours were spent at the dining room table creating marvellous tableaus of paint and sculptures of both imaginary and real things.
I also taught myself to sew through my teenage years and spent many long hours creating clothing for myself and others. Anything to do with Art and Creativity I just love and have had my work featured in many exhibitions over the years, here and overseas.
Of course my years studying art and craft at home took me on to University where I became a "qualified" artist and completed a Degree in Fine Art with Monash University (Caulfied Institute) majoring in painting and printmaking.
To enable me to teach at a high school level, I then completed a Diploma in Education Art/Craft and Computing so I could become a teacher.
My art works are painted in a variety of mediums, my favourites being oils and French Chalk. All of my artworks are created using the finest artist quality mediums for a wonderful finish and longevity.
I will be offering special original art works as often as I can for sale but if there is something that you have in mind just for you, please do email me, I love creating custom orders at very reasonable prices.
My husband, myself and my three daughters
live in a beautiful place in Victoria, Australia on top of Mount Dandenong.
Our home is furnished full of antiques and collectables found on my treasure hunts. Some of my favourite finds can be found for sale at Time Worn Style!

One of my other passions are Antiques and Collectables, I just adore hunting through auctions, estate sales and markets for that perfect piece.
